Snežnik Castle Park is adorned with many avenues, groves, clearings, and streams. The ‘In the Footsteps of Animals’ nature study trail runs alongside them. The trail runs along the edge of the vast Snežnik forests, which are home to all three large carnivores living in Slovenia – the bear, the wolf, and the lynx.
